You will return to the Paseo Marítimo of Torremolinos time and time again. Such are the many sensations, smells and flavours that it will become one of your best experiences. What’s more, the area’s excellent climate will allow you to visit any time of year, whether in the summer to have a refreshing dip or in the winter to enjoy the brilliant rays of the sun, which will make you see why in Torremolinos this season turns into a beautiful and gentle spring. The Paseo Marítimo joins two ends of the municipality: from Saltillo beach to los Álamos beach, in the most easterly point of Torremolinos. It is easy to reach from almost every part of town: to get there, just head towards the sea. It’s divided into two stretches by the natural projections of Punta de Torremolinos, popularly known as El Morro.
Overall, it is a long promenade dotted with vegetation, perfect for walking, roller-skating or cycling along the bike lane. A route where you can savour the best fried fish in Malaga, thanks to the quality seaside restaurants, practice yoga on its grassy oasis in the shade of the palm trees, go running in the swash of the sea, do your favourite aquatic sport, enjoy a wine while enjoying the sunset or simply sit and listen to the relaxing wash of the waves while considering yourself lucky.

Torremolinos (Spanish pronunciation: [toremoˈlinos]) is a municipality in Andalusia, southern Spain, west of Málaga. A poor fishing village before the growth in tourism began in the late 1950s, Torremolinos was the first of the Costa del Sol resorts to be developed and is still the most popular in the region. Areas of the town are dotted with older high-rise residential buildings and hotels, but height limitations on new developments and a significant number of original old town properties have kept the town centre much more open than other popular resorts such as Benidorm and Fuengirola.
As the name Coast of the Sun implies, Torremolinos enjoys one of the best climates in Europe. It has long, dry summers with relatively low humidity, and mild winters with occasional, though heavy, rainfall. The town benefits in the summer from cool sea breezes predominantly coming from Africa, although this does mean a fair amount of Sahara dust. Temperatures normally hover around 30 °C (86 °F) in the summer and 17–19 °C (63–66 °F) in the winter. Torremolinos, like San Francisco, sometimes experiences a sea fog that goes as quickly as it appears.

Torremolinos is a municipality in the province of Malaga that in recent years has become one of the preferred locations on the Costa del Sol. Walking in Nerja, Spain (Andalusia) through the center at night with its cozy dining, bar and shopping streets on a busy summer night in July 2021. Nerja is in my opinion one of the best places for taking vacation in the Costa del Sol, Málaga area. You will see the famous Balcony of Europe (Balcón de Europa), but its quite dark to see the amazing view over the Mediterranean sea. The village is a municipality on the Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga, which is in the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. Nerja is part of the comarca of La Axarquía and has many beautiful beaches and breathtaking surrounding villages like for example Frigiliana, one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited.
