Torremolinos Malaga is a holiday resort situated just ten minutes from Malaga Airport on the Costa Del Sol in Spain. It’s a great place for a holiday not just because of the great beaches and bars, but because of the convenience of being right next to the airport!

For this Torremolinos Walk I walk along the beach to El Gato restaurant and Torremolinos Beach at sunset.

I thought I’d head along Torremolinos Playa to see what was happening as I headed to El Gato my favourite restaurant in this holiday resort, and filmed it along the way in 4k so you could see what was happening and what it’s like in Torremolinos on the Costa Del Sol in Spain right now.

As you can see in this Torremolinos Walk the Paseo Maritimo and beaches are quiet but there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops for you to enjoy and have a nice time despite the current situation.

It’s sad to see Torremolinos so quiet so hopefully when travel resumes you will head to this Malaga resort for your next holiday here in Spain

If you visit El Gato (and you should!) for a meal please tell them Gimbal Walk TV sent you! We love that restaurant and can’t wait to go back there for another night out on our next Torremolinos Walk.

Also recommended on Torremolinos Paseo Maritimo is the great seafood restaurant Casa De Antonio which does an incredible mixed fish grill dish!

Sunset in Torremolinos is fantastic, it’s still warm and the sun is setting, but the lights come on in the bars and restaurants and the people come out for a night out and a meal here.

This short 4K walk along the beachfront takes us

Torremolinos is a Mediterranean resort town on southern Spain’s Costa del Sol, known for its sandy beaches such as El Bajondillo and La Carihuela. Nightlife, dining and shopping are centered on Calle San Miguel.

Away from the Torremolinos Spain Beaches and its high-rise hotels are several golf courses and amusement parks, as well as pockets of traditional Andalusian culture such as the village of El Calvario.

Torremolinos beach which extends for nearly 8 kilometres (5.0 miles), has cycle and skating lanes alongside the fully illuminated promenade and features many chiringuitos and beach bars. The eastern end of the beach, known as Los Álamos, has live dance music events throughout the summer. The easternmost parts of the beach have kitesurfing and windsurfing except under the flight path of the airport.

This is a short happy 4K walk from Los Alamos Torremolinos along the beachfront to La Palapa Beach Jazba – a fantastic beach bar that I can highly recommend if you’re visiting Torremolinos Spain 2020.

La carihuela walk along the beach to Benalmadena

La carihuela walk along the beach to BenalmadenaOur hotel is located in La chariuela not far from the marina of Benalmadena.
Decided to walk to the seawall. Arriving in Benalmadena but gasping for breath even with shade temperatures of 38 hot and more.
First but equally tasty drink and a bite to eat.
Then we could go to the marina to enjoy all the beauty.
We also have driven a Segway, a small round in the harbor, this was a very nice experience. Then walk back in the direction of La charuela to enjoy more of the day. be sure to take a look at our video of the Segway. This was not the ride itself, but an impression and filmed by the people of the tour. This is because we had never done so and to prevent damage to our camara.
