We took a trip to the Sol Timor Apartments in Montemar which is near Torremolinos on the Costa del Sol in Spain. We went for 18 nights from 11th March to 29th March 2024. This was to include St Patricks Day celebrations there. This video includes a room tour and some of the surrounding area.
As we have visited this area on numerous occasions we have got friendly with people who live there. One of our friends, Peter Hall, who was an entertainer in the area took ill shortly before our arrival. We did get to see him in hospital but he sadly passed away whilst we were there.
Apart from this tragic event we still enjoyed our trip.

Torremolinos is a municipality in the province of Malaga that in recent years has become one of the preferred locations on the Costa del Sol. Apart from enjoying the sea and the sand, travelers have the opportunity to visit the fishing district of “La Carihuela” and taste its local cuisine, which includes fried fish, the most famous dish in the region, in hundreds of restaurants and bars.
