It’s been an amazing day today and it feels so good to be back here in Málaga to share you the latest activities here. I’ve been away for quite some time but I’m glad to be back.

To start, I’ll show the latest on Torremolinos, where started the walk at the Plaza de la Indepedencia. Passing by the aromatic orange trees, we can see some restaurants open for everyone. There were lots of people at the streets of Old Town, the weather is great. At the Plaza de Costa del Sol they were lot of people. It was busy indeed.

At the Plaza de Europa, there were less activities. As we pass by Calle San Miguel we can see plenty of shops open for business and that’s a good sign. Some were still closed unfortunately.

We can see bigger constructions at the Plaza de la Nogalera area as they are currently renovating the train station and the plaza itself. We’re definitely looking forward to the new Plaza. Most of the restaurants near the construction site were closed but we get to see some activities at some of the bars in the area. Furthermore, going to the Playa del Bajondillo there were a few activities going on. Most of the stores are closed. I must say the pandemic really hit us hard. Hopefully, this year 2021 will be good to us. Happy New Year!

La Carihuela Short Night Walk Before Curfew, Torremolinos | Málaga, Spain | Night Walking Tour [4K]

We visited La Carihuela in Torremolinos just to see what was happening in the vicinity. Of course with the government’s implementation of the curfew from 23H to 06H, all the businesses such as restaurants and bars are extremely affected. Business hours are restricted and forced to close until 23H. In this video, you will see some updates in the vicinity of La Carihuela. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars have already closed while others remained open. During the production of this video, there were actually less people around the area. It’s quite sad, unlike the summer season. But we hope that one day, we’ll go back to what it’s like before. We must not lose hope!

I went to La Carihuela early afternoon to see what’s going on in the area. I’m happy to see that there are more shops open than the last time I came here. It seems like there were more tourists than before compared to last month. It was such a good day to take a stroll in the area. You can feel the fresh sea breeze and hear the waves and the birds.

I hope next year more tourists come to the area. Even though there is still a pandemic, we must have a positive mind. Stay safe everyone!

Torremolinos Old Town + La Nogalera Latest Update November 2020 | Málaga, Spain | Walking Tour 4K

I went to Torremolinos this morning to see what’s going on in the area. I arrived early around 10:30 am. The place is alive and there are activities within the old town. There were people having breakfasts, drinking coffee, just walking with the family, and everyone’s busy. There were shops still not opened but that’s alright. We hope they open again real soon, holidays are coming and lots of people come to buy gifts and spend time with their loved one.

I passed by the Plaza de la Nogalera area and it is still under construction, unfortunately. I think this is far from over. You may notice that they have removed the beautiful fountain on the center of the plaza. That is just sad. Hopefully that will replace it with something much better but it is still early to say. We wish for the construction to be over so that people can pass by and enjoy the plaza peacefully. We hope that we will see improvements in the area real soon.

I really enjoyed this early morning walk. It wasn’t that hot nor too cold. Just that right amount of autumn breeze. I hope you enjoyed this video guys! This is definitely what we need now that there are still restrictions in various autonomous communities here in Spain.
