Ronda (Malaga, Spain) - A MUST visit town, what to see & SECRET Location *SUBTITULOS EN ESPAÑOL*

Ronda located in the province of Malaga (Spain), an hour drive from Marbella or 1 hour and 30 minutes from Malaga airport.
Situated in the heart of the Serrania de Ronda, a mountainous region known for its stunning landscapes and deep gorges.
Ronda is renowned for its dramatic location, as it sits atop a deep gorge called El Tajo, which divides the city into two parts.
The Puente Nuevo, a magnificent bridge spanning the gorge, is one of Ronda’s most iconic landmarks and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
Visitors to Ronda can explore its historic quarter, which is filled with narrow streets, whitewashed buildings, and charming squares. Ronda is also a gateway to outdoor activities and natural beauty.
The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, rock climbing, and exploring the picturesque countryside including the hidden gem “Cueva del Gato”.
Ronda is a captivating city that combines history, natural beauty, and Spanish charm, making it a popular destination for both local and international visitors.

Malaga City Spain Christmas Lights 2023 Costa del Sol | Andalucía [4K]

On 24th of November 2023, the beautiful city of Málaga once again became a Christmas show of light, colour and music for 40 nights in its central streets.

The grand opening party of the Christmas lights in Larios Street took place this Friday evening.

The inauguration took place on Friday, 24th of November at 7pm. From then on, there will be light and sound shows with Christmas songs every day until the 5th of January 2024.

Regarding the light show in Calle Larios there will be three shows every day, at 7pm, 8:30pm and 10pm, except on 24th and 31th of December.

The lights will be switched on between 6:30pm and 00:00am, on weekends and the eve of public holidays until 2am. On the 24th and 31st they will be on until 6am.

The city will feature around 2.2 million LED lights in 500 streets, squares and on roundabouts – and well-known landmarks will also be illuminated.

The city council has promised the festive show will make the capital of the Costa del Sol a “European leader” for Christmas light displays once again. A total of 1.4 million euros is being spent on the Christmas lights this year.

The musical theme for the light show will be a mixture of seasonal classics and the occasional foray into the world of the great orchestras and tracks played on Calle Larios will include Jingle Bells by the Johann Strauss Orchestra, We wish you a Merry Christmas, Carol of the Bells by Pentatonix, Navidad Épica and Hacía Belén van una Burra.

RONDA – COSTA DEL SOL – ANDALUZJA

Miasteczko Ronda leży 60km od Marbella w Andaluzji, kierując się drogą przez góry w paśmie górskim znanym pod nazwą Serrania de Ronda. Miasto leży na wysokości 739 m.n.p.m. i posiada około 35.000 mieszkańców. Jest to jedno z najczęściej odwiedzanych miast w Całej Andaluzji i często są organizowane jednodniowe wycieczki z Costa del Sol do Rondy.
W okolicach miasta znaleziono szereg ważnych artefaktów prehistorycznych z tego zakątka Hiszpanii. Każdy architektoniczny okres jest tutaj reprezentowany: rzymski, arabski, gotycki.
Miasto dzieli się na dwie części poprzez głęboki jar El Tajo, wyżłobiony przez rzekę. Różnica poziomów po obu stronach wynosi 130m, ale jeszcze bardziej ekscytujący, jest widok XVI-wiecznego mostu Puente Nuevo, łukowego mostu, łączącego oba brzegi głębokiego jaru, oraz wysokich pobielanych domków tuż nad przepaścią.
Jednak to co najbardziej przyciąga turystów do Rondy jest korrida, miasto jest kolebką prawdziwej hiszpańskiej korridy. Zwiedzanie można rozpocząć od zwiedzania areny do walk z bykami, jest to jedna z najstarszych aren w całej Hiszpanii. Tuż obok znajduje się muzeum poświęcone korridzie i jej historii w Hiszpanii.
Po jednej stronie głębokiego wąwozu dzielącego miasto na pół, znajduje się część starego miasta, mauretańska, z jego przedmieściem San Francisco i nowsza część El Mercadillo. Miasto pełne jest restauracji, jadłodajni, tapas barów, gdzie można spróbować hiszpańskiej kuchni. Sklepy z pamiątkami są na każdym rogu. Polecamy na jednodniową wa wycieczkę podczas wczasów lub wakacji na wybrzeżu Costa del Sol lub w Andaluzji.
