BİR ÖLÇÜYLE 16 ADET MALAGA PASTA :) EV YAPIMI İNANILMAZ GÜZEL OLUYOR 😌

Evde bir ölçüyle 16 adet kocaman malaga pastalar yapmak mümkün 🙂 Hem de pastanedekilere göre çok daha da güzel oluyor ve bu 16 pastanın maliyeti dışarıda iki malaga pasta fiyatına denk geliyor. Bu tarif tam kalabalık misafire hazırlayabileceğiniz cinsten diyebiliriz. Eğer bu ölçünün yarısını hazırlamak istiyorsanız vereceğim tarifteki her malzemeyi ikiye bölün. Kalıp olarakta 20-25 cm e kadar kalıbınızı küçültmeniz gerekir. Deneyenlere şimdiden afiyet olsun 🙂

MALAGA PASTA

16 adet yerli muz (ithal muz da olur tabi ama yerli muzla şekil olarak da ekonomik olarak da daha iyi oluyor)

Kek için;
4 yumurta
1 su bardağı toz şeker
Yarım çay bardağı sıvıyağ
Yarım çay bardağı süt
1 su bardağı un
Yarım su bardağı nişasta
1 paket kabartmatozu
1 paket vanilya

Krema için;
1 kutu krema (200 ml)
1 kutu labne(200 ml)
2 poşet toz olarak krem şanti
1 paket vanilya

Çikolata sos için;
300 ml kremayı ısıtın. 225 gr bitter-sütlü çikolatayı ekleyip karıştırın. İsterseniz bir iki yemek kaşığı prinç fıstık ekleyin.

In diesem Video zeige ich dir die schönsten Orte in Malaga in meinem Reiseführer in VLOG Form, ich war jetzt in der Osterwoche dort und man merkt schon das zahlreiche Menschen dort sind. Es herrscht geschäftiges Treiben in der Altstadt von Malaga und auch die Touristenziele sind sehr gut besucht wie zum Beispiel das Castillo de Gibralfaro, die Kathedrale von Malaga und die Innenstadt sowieso wo auch das Geburtshaus von Pablo Picasso steht sowie das Malaga Picasso Museum.

Wir haben mit dem Auto außerhalb bei einem Einkaufszentrum (Plaza Mayor) geparkt und sind dann mit dem Zug in die Stadt gefahren um nicht das Auto in der Stadt zu haben.

Die Bustour kostet 20€/Person man kann sie aber auch über das Internet buchen, dann bekommt man sie um ein bis 2 Euro billiger. Ich hoffe mein Malaga Reisebericht hat euch gut gefallen. Das nächste Mal möchte ich gerne mit 4k filmen.
