► ¡Hola! Leuk dat je op mijn kanaal bent! Ik ben Lau(ra) en woon momenteel met mijn vriend Antonio en katten Lynn en Ollie in Naaldwijk, na vier jaar samen in Spanje gewoond te hebben. We besloten hier januari 2020 heen te komen voor de ervaring, al weten we zeker dat we over niet te lange tijd weer in Spanje zullen eindigen ;-). Op dit kanaal vind je mijn dagelijkse struggles, geef ik je tips voor een happy healthy life (ja, mét dat wijntje) en hoop ik je vooral een glimlach op het gezicht te bezorgen. 🇪🇸 MÁLAGA, Spain – City Center – October 2021 – 4K HDR Walking Tour

Here I am walking in Málaga, Spain, Andalucia through the busy city center with its famous shopping, bar, dining streets and the beautiful cathedral on a Saturday afternoon in October 2021. Our walk tour ends close to the Calle Marqués de Larios, the most expensive street to live in the city. The beautiful streets of marble and alleys in the center are simply stunning. Many people are still wearing masks. Malaga is the largest city on the Costa del Sol in the Andalucia region of southern Spain. The painter and sculptor Pablo Picasso, Hebrew poet and Jewish philosopher Solomon Ibn Gabirol and the actor Antonio Banderas were born in Málaga. The city is also famous for its Mediterranean cuisine, local wines, rich architectural history and its sandy beach. Málaga’s history spans about 2,800 years, making it one of the oldest cities in Europe and one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. According to most scholars, it was founded about 770 BC by the Phoenicians as Malaka. Enjoy this 4K HDR video walk recorded in 2021 (October) with binaural HD sound. Here I am walking in Nerja, Spain (Andalucia) from 2 beautiful beaches to its busy shopping, dining and bar streets on an afternoon in October 2021. Nerja, which lies in the Málaga Costa del Sol area, is one of the best places for taking vacation in Spain. You will get an amazing view over the Mediterranean sea at the balcony of Europe (Balcón de Europa), where our walking tour ends, and also see the El Salvador Church. Nerja is a municipality on the Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. It is part of the comarca of La Axarquía and famous for its Balcón de Europa. This spot is one of the most popular places in Andalucía, perfect to take a photo of the sea, or with the statue of the late king Alfonso XII who actually named this balcony after the big earthquake that hit Nerja in 1884. It has also many beautiful sandy beaches and breathtaking surrounding villages like for example Frigiliana, which I filmed before. Málaga is a municipality of Spain, capital of the Province of Málaga, in the autonomous community of Andalusia. With a population of 571,026 in 2018, it is the second-most populous city in Andalusia after Seville and the sixth most populous in Spain. It lies on the Costa del Sol (Coast of the Sun) of the Mediterranean, about 100 kilometres (62.14 miles) east of the Strait of Gibraltar and about 130 km (80.78 mi) north of Africa.

Málaga’s history spans about 2,800 years, making it one of the oldest cities in Europe and one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. According to most scholars, it was founded about 770 BC by the Phoenicians as Malaka(Punic: 𐤌𐤋𐤊𐤀, mlkʾ).From the 6th century BC the city was under the hegemony of Ancient Carthage, and from 218 BC, it was ruled by the Roman Republic and then empire as Malaca (Latin). After the fall of the empire and the end of Visigothic rule, it was under Islamic rule as Mālaqah (Arabic: مالقة‎) for 800 years, but in 1487, the Crown of Castille gained control in the midst of the Granada War. The archaeological remains and monuments from the Phoenician, Roman, Arabic and Christian eras make the historic center of the city an “open museum”, displaying its history of nearly 3,000 years…..
