Located in Torremolinos, province of Andalucía, southern Spain, Playa El Bajondillo is a beautiful beach that measures 40 meters wide and 1 kilometer long. It sits right at the center of the town, located between the beaches of La Carihuela and Playamar. It is considered as one of the most visited beaches during the summer season. Chiringuitos and beach bars are prominent and present along the promenade. They serve local fish cuisines that are freshly caught within the day. Among the famous and must-try are espetos (sardines on stick) and pescaíto frito (fried fish).
