One of the first resorts in Costa del Sol to be developed, Torremolinos indeed is still the most popular in the region. With the beach that extends nearly 8 kilometers (5 miles), Torremolinos offers plenty of services for each and every one, including cycle and skating lanes, plenty of bars and local chiringuitos, live music events and water sports activities.

The beaches of Torremolinos is packed during the summer season. Playa de Bajondillo gives way eastwards to the beach of Playamar and Los Álamos.

The promenade by the sea extends west behing the expansive and popular beaches of Montemar and El Saltillo, and continuing as far as Benalmádena Marina. This area is known for its excellent seafood restaurants and chiringuitos!
