i can imagine a second loan to get a rental house as well.
What i see here in the states is crazy really. More people becoming millionaires from a family house. They will need to buy more or will to the next generation. If I inherit I will buy in Spain, or elsewhere. I couldn't get in the market here with interest rates. My sister's house went up 200k in 4 years. Lol.
