Malaga massive flooding, Spain on high alert! Storm DANA triggers tornado, street submerged

On Wednesday, November 13, the powerful storm DANA descended upon the province of Malaga, unleashing torrents of rain that have already triggered severe flooding in numerous towns. Among the hardest-hit areas are Almogia, where entire neighborhoods are submerged, and Los Romanes, now grappling with rising floodwaters. Off the coast of Marbella, an extraordinary waterspout has also appeared, intensifying the already chaotic scene in this region.

The channel lists such natural disasters as:
1) Geological emergencies: Earthquake, Volcanic eruption, Mud, Landslide, Avalanche;
2) Hydrological emergencies: Flood, Tsunami, Limnological disaster,
3) Fires: Forest fire, Peat fire;

🔴 Las obras del tercer hospital de Málaga, el Consejo de Gobierno y el decreto ómnibus

Día de intensa actividad política. Este martes se ha celebrado el Consejo de Gobierno andaluz. Una reunión marcada por la bonificación del transporte, medidas de sostenibilidad y medio ambiente y la gestión ambiental del SAS. En clave nacional. Pedro Sánchez, ha anunciado que el Consejo de Ministro ha aprobado un nuevo real decreto ley ‘ómnibus’, que incluye 29 medidas como la revalorización de las pensiones y las ayudas a afectados por la dana, tras llegar a un acuerdo con Junts.Además la Junta de Andalucía licitará las obras del tercer hospital de Málaga. Lo ha dicho Patricia Navarro este martes durante su visita al Hospital Regional en el que ha puesto en valor los trasplantes hepáticos. En deportes, el presidente de La Liga, Javier Tebas, ha declarado en el Congreso de los Diputados que el organismo está en proceso de ilegalizar el Frente Boquerón, grupo de animación relacionado con el Málaga CF.

Torremolinos has long enjoyed a reputation as one of the liveliest resort towns on the Costa del Sol. Known for its glamourous nightlife and care-free attitude this town offers more diverse options to enjoy the evening than any other Costa del Sol resort.

Amongst the options to enjoy the nightlife in Torremolinos, one can go out for a meal or some tapas and then to a few pubs, discos and beach clubs along the Costa del Sol. Many years ago the lively area was Pueblo Blanco, located right in the center of Torremolinos, but now it has moved down to the seafront and in the center where all the pubs and discos aimed to the gay community are located, such as the Nogalera area.

When it comes to British pubs, one can visit the Plaza de la Independencia, and the Spanish pubs are located at the Plaza de Costa del Sol.

There are plenty of gay pubs and discos in Torremolinos, but not only for the gay community, but also today more and more people choose to go to these discos as the atmosphere is more relaxed.

La Carihuela is old fishing village in a beautiful area full of picturesque views where simple houses and bougainvillea clad patios can be found. It is definitely a favorite among tourists and offers a pleasant sea views and relaxing ambience.

Popular of all the beaches in Torremolinos, the sandy shores of La Carihuela neighborhood quickly fill through the height of summer due to the proximity to the major resorts in the region. Chiringuitos, restaurants and bars with wide range of gastronomic offerings are plentiful along the promenade, shops and play areas for children are present too.

Clear and shallow waters are ideal for swimming here at La Carihuela. Just like most of the beaches along this expanse of coastline, its dark sand is great for various beach sports activities including volleyball and water sports activities.

La Carihuela’s characteristics and services makes it one of the most desirable places to relax and enjoy. It is indeed an authentic paradise for all the senses.
