Torremolinos is a municipality in the province of Malaga that in recent years has become one of the preferred locations on the Costa del Sol. Apart from enjoying the sea and the sand, travelers have the opportunity to visit the fishing district of “La Carihuela” and taste its local cuisine, which includes fried fish, the most famous dish in the region, in hundreds of restaurants and bars.

If you turn left at 19.25 in the video, instead of right there are some steps up ,and go left there is a lift to the town up , for those who may be walking poorly but would like to see/ experience city life instead of only the beach have tried it themselves , are themselves a bit bad walking, It costs about 1 euro one way, but comfortable.

    We always walk from torromolinos to Benalmedna on the promenade but never on the back streets cant believe we have missed this over the years so can’t wait to check it out!

  17. My favourite street in torremolinos love going into the church too very quiet when there’s not a service amazing how you can walk off a busy and it’s so quiet inside

  20. Thanks for the fond memories – when I was young, you couldn't walk along the beach from Torremolinos to Carihuela, it was still a small fishing village with a lot of charm but still had the great promenade and beach.
