Today, I talk about life living in Spain and answer a popular question of what is it like to live in Spain? I’ve only been here two weeks but earlier in the year, I lived in Spain for three months. In the video I go through the reasons why I love living and work in Malaga, Spain.

darren loving ur videos, they are helpful and informative! i reckon ur channel will blow up! u can do this! 🙂
hey darren! i had to do that in greece! stock up on saturday from the supermarket, as supermarkets are closed on sunday! but i really appreciated having a sunday off! relaxation yes! 🙂 i found most gyms are closed on sunday too and most weekends over the 2 months in summer! bakeries and restaurants open which can help in an emergency!
Nice video.
Is that a Liverpool accent (or geographically close?) Although I do think I detect a bit of an Irish accent.
what an amazing place in the videos! i'm going there in two weeks from Liverpool! can't wait! first time in Spain! it also looks like (7:23) Malaga is rollerskates friendly, exactly what i will need 🙂
good tips, We just drove down to Costa Del Sol and looking for more permanent place to settle down at least for six months!
I would love to live there
Nice video. Welcome to Spain!
Lanzarote is a great place to be
nice shades!

Hola Darren, I use Duolingo too, great app. Beauttiful views. Thanks for sharing and take care 🙂
Hi Darren, I Love the beach scenes, and I actually enjoy watching airplanes land. I used to fly a LOT for work, but I am still a little amazed that something so large and so heavy can fly. I understand the lift, thrust, and air pressure theory behind flight, but they are just so heavy! (That's silly, I know)
When I started the video and saw the beach I thought "YAY, Darren is showing the beach because he knows how much I Love the beach scenes". It's probably not the reason you did it, but I could watch the waves come in for the entire video and be happy. What water is that? Is it part of the Mediterranean Sea? I am glad you mentioned the name of the mountains in the distance they are such a beautiful backdrop for the scene!
It sounds like the slower pace suits you. We used to have all the shops and businesses closed on Sunday here in the states too. It feels like we lost something when the stores started staying open on Sunday. Some small towns still do that here. It was nicer when everyone had that day for church, family and a day to rest. Like you mentioned it isn't all that inconvenient if you plan for the stores to be closed – after all, it's just one day.
Take Care. Nancy
hi daz seems like your loving spain,,,your favorite country ??
Perhaps you'll do a living costs vlog? …… Oh & it would be cool if you could lose the mirrored sun glasses when on camera 😉 Are you following 'Eight Miles From Home' ? Previously in Thailand, now just moved to Portugal which looks very nice.
