How much is the community fee for e.g. a 2 bedroom apartment? If you own a property there, can you use the fitness and wellness of the hotel too? or is there a gym for each development?

A little hint if you are buying to rent out. Since El Higueron is in the municipality of Fuengirola, there might be an issue with short term renting. Fuengirola does not issue that for the time being. Thanks for the guide.
Great location that’s for sure. Narrow roads inside El Higueron, they are trying to pack every inch of that mountain with properties, why not space them out a bit and make the roads wider? Also nothing really fancy with the apartments they are bit plain. And don’t get me started on open plan bathrooms what a crap idea (excuse the pun), in some they even use the back of the wardrobes as the wall to the bathroom. This is just cost saving by the developers yet charging an arm and a leg.
