[4K] TORREMOLINOS WALKING TOUR – Town, Bars and Steps to the Beach

Join us for this 4k virtual tour of the town of Torremolinos in Málaga. Experience local life on as if you were there.

Filmed at the end of February on a Thursday, we start at the weekly Torremolinos market on Avenida Palma de Mallorca. This area has been newly pedestrianised and has lots of new greenery and trees.
We detour up to Plaza de la Independencia and then back down to join the main Plaza Costa del Sol for a view of the new pergola, water features and bronze sculptures.

We head down to Calle San Miguel, pausing for a view of Plaza de la Nogalera, site of the train station and a hub for the Torremolinos restaurants and bars that make up so much of Torremolinos nightlife.

We continue down to Plaza San Miguel, passing the Torre de Pimentel landmark as we take the famous Torremolinos steps down Calle del Bajondillo and Calle del Peligro to emerge at Playa Bajondillo – site of many lovely Torremolinos beach bars…

I having been going to Torremlinos twice a year for the last ten years, im off again at the end of April, i love it there, it doesnt deserve the repuation it has, its unlike other tourist beach holiday desrination in Spain, it still has charm and a great Spanish vibe to it. The food is great and the locals always eager to teach you a little Spanish.
    Great video, it makes me want to jump on a plane right now, but i will have to wait till April, cant wait !

  9. My Air Force buddy of over fifty years , a good ole boy from Tennessee , loved Torremolinos we were stationed at Torrejon AFB Madrid. Past away a year ago March 15th , his daughter spread his ashes in Torremolinos , I believe that would have made him happy. RIP Ollie

  18. Thanks for introducing me to the old town. The areas at 6:35, 7:15, 8:15 13:16 and 9:30 look very appealing. A much nicer town than I imagined. Will you be filming the promenade too?
